The CAM is Conditional Access Module of the DVCrypt scrambling system with common conditional access interface ( Common Interface ) in TVs and digital television receivers. CAM allows to provide subscribers with access to encrypted content in digital television.

The CAM supports DVCrypt video content scrambling system.

CAM is made in the PCMCIA form factor.

The CAM is equipped with slot for installation of smart cards (Subscriber CAS cards).
